Dr. Dan Bautista graduated from Flower Hospital in
Sylvania, Ohio, where he did his Family Practice Residency training.
He finished medical school at the Manila Central University College
of Medicine, Philippines. He is Board Certified in Family Practice.
Dr. Bautista is currently a member of the American
Academy of Family Physicians, the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians,
and the Ohio State Medical Association.
Each staff member has been chosen for his or her
